Jennifer Naples

Thai Massage & Yoga Therapy

Jennifer works with people who push their bodies hard - on the trails, in the mountains, and in everyday life - and are feeling the impact as chronic pain, tension, fatigue or a sense of disconnection from their body, and know that moving through life shouldn’t feel this hard.

A Grounded, Nervous-System-Based Approach to Massage….

Grounded in Thai massage, Jennifer offers a fully clothed, nervous-system-based approach that supports movement, mobility, and long-term relief.

Over nearly two decades of practice, she has developed a deep understanding of how the nervous system, breath, and physical body interact—shaping not only how pain and trauma are held, but how people move, recover, and respond to stress.
Massage sessions are attentive, grounded, and practical. Using breath, compression, stretching, and mindful touch, Jennifer creates the conditions for the body to settle, release, and reorganize itself. Clients often experience reduced pain, improved mobility, and a clearer sense of how their body works—insights they can carry back into the mountains and into daily life.
Jennifer’s goal is not just short-term relief, but to help people move, recover, and live with greater ease, resilience, and trust in their own bodies.

Who I am…

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a knitted beige hat and a dark winter jacket, smiling at a large fluffy brown dog near the beach during sunset.
~ My dog is my best friend and greatest teacher, cultivating the presence required to speak a quiet language without words, used in the work I do. Movement and creativity are essential to me - dancing, snowboarding, and creating beadwork are all ways I stay connected to my body and artistic joy. I value honesty, integrity and accountability, and do my best to bring those qualities into my relationships, community, work and my way of being. ~
