Erin Woodrow, MACP, CCC
Therapy for burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, relationships, and navigating life’s demands.
About Me
I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I support individuals and couples navigating burnout, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, and stress-related concerns.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 15 years working in professional environments that shaped my understanding of stress, performance pressure, burnout, and the realities of balancing work, relationships, and personal well-being.
My background in athletics and performance has also influenced my understanding of resilience, identity, and the navigation of high-pressure environments. As both a therapist and mother, I understand how demanding life can feel when responsibilities, expectations, and relationships begin to collide.
My approach integrates therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, polyvagal-informed, and narrative approaches, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, emotional regulation, and meaningful, sustainable change. I am also a level two trained Gottman Couples therapist.
I strive to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel authentic and manageable.
